"Vol de Nuit" or "Night Flight" is a very short novel about the air mail service in South America in 1932. On this particular night, one plane gets lost in a storm and crashes. The pilot and his co-pilot run away from the storm and fly to a clear zone above the dark clouds. They only have enough gas for 30 minutes flight while they are lost and disconnected. Sadly, death is the only thing upon them.
